This timeslip is from the original X package development car. The 2001 Z06 Corvette ran this number with nothing more than the X package. A bone stock 385 horse LS6 engine with only a few select external bolt-ons and a very FINE tune. All motor. This time was ran in Nov of 2001 and held the record for fastest Z06 stock longblock NA for a few years until a 405 horse car at a mineshaft DA track claimed the title. It has remained in 4th place with the 11.44 for the last few years. It is currently still in the top ten. Very respectable for a 385 horse car and a pass that was made way back in 2001. |
